-------------) You should have got at least 75% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics ( if you have taken mathematics for your BITSAT examination)

-------------) you must have got at least 60% marks individually in each of physics, chemistry Maths/ biology

OBC certificate issued of two types one is from central government and other is from state government.obc non creamy layer certificate which is issued by central government generally issued for 1 year only so you may have central government obc certificate that's why it says to check.3 year validity is for state government obc certificate.
you should go to stamp vendor in your District or Tehsil court for the renewal of certificate.
