Since you fit to all the criteria asked by your college, unless your college specify or ask for any such gap certificate you does not need to provide the gap certificate. Usually Gap Certificate is asked at the time of Masters but not during your Bachelor's degree after 10+2, so check their criteria and upload the documents when necessary.
