I am sorry to tell you that you will not be eligible to appear in either JEE main for advanced examination due to the current eligibility criteria set up by the conducting authorities. The eligibility criteria says that are candidate can appear for JEE main in three consecutive years starting from the year in which he or she appears for the board examination and for JEE advanced it is limited to two years.

So following that you can write JEE main till year 2023 and advanced till 2022. So if you choose the diploma course you will not be eligible to write those examination. However you can appear for examination simultaneously along with diploma course since you have completed your higher secondary education but if got a seat, you will have to leave diploma in between.

If you have completed 10th from Rajasthan Board which is identified institute recognized by AICTE, then you are suitable for the course you are applying for.

You are applying PCM subject combination, then you should have passed the standard maths exam to do so. You said that you have qualified for this exam separately.

Then, according to me, you must upload both the documents as for this subject combination, qualifying for the standard maths exam is essential.

But problem is there if your Biology is weak, if you really wish to crack NEET exam you need to possess profound knowledge on the subject and have the proper grip of biology. Though Chemistry, Physics will also be the subjects which you have to face during the entrance but try to be strong in Bio, if you are your dedicated will definitely lead you to success. The year on which you have passed all your examination is the year of graduation. As you have passed all your papers on 2020 then you have passed out on 2020. As a result, I would recommend you to use 2020 as the year of passing out.

As per the JEE-Main eligibility criterion discussed below, you are not eligible for JEE-Main 2022 because you were only allowed to appear for JEE-Main 2019, 2020 and 2021 as you had appeared very first time for class 12th in 2019 so it will be considered as your passing year and eligibility is counted from passing year.

JEE-Main eligibility criteria :-

1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.

2--- Qualifying Examination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject from any of the recognized central or state board.

3--- Year of qualification :- For JEE-Main 2022 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or 2022; or those who will be appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2022, would be eligible to appear .
