Dear leaner,

Hats off for your hardwork, even though you are married you didn't gave up,yes you can cause there is no age limit for doing law, the eligibility for llb ,is 10+2+3 with 12th 45% marks in relevant stream.

Some colleges provide the distance law education ,but indian government doesn't support it ,as council of India doesnot allow students with llb through distance learning.

No matter what your age everyone has right to educate ,we suggest you not to give up .here is the link about getting admission in llb,go through it. https://www.google.com/amp/s/law.careers360.com/articles/ap-lawcet-eligibility-criteria/amp .All the best.

Anurag Khanna 1st Aug, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

As you had passed your class 12th in 2019 so you are a dropper and therefore your highest qualification with PCB remains 10+2/PUC 2nd and in this case you have to use code 02.

Code 03 is for those candidates who have passed their first year of B.Sc program with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology as their subject.

My friend is studying in BDS 1st year and appearing in NEET this year.Passed 12 in 2019.What shall be the qualification code?

Virat Srivastava 1st Aug, 2021

If you are studying BDS and want to appear in NEET, your highest qualification will remain class 12th. Your qualification code is 02. That is because BDS doesn't have subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology. Your highest qualification which has these subjects is class 12th and so your qualification code will be 02.

For more information about NEET code, you can refer:

Hope, it helps!

I had admitted to BSc in 2019 but i didnt appear in any 1st year BSc examination (internal or Semester). Now I have +3 College Leaving Certificate. What should be my NEET code ?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 30th Jul, 2021

Hi

You need to choose the code 02.

This is because,

You didn't pass your bsc 1st year and left it, now your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology remains your 10+2

While, those who have passed 1st year of graduation with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.

And  during admission you can submit your bsc college T. C which you have, don't worry.

i failed class 12 in 2019 and my school gave me fail TC, i reappeared from same school and got pass markeet in 2020, i dont have pass TC is it valid ?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 29th Jul, 2021

hi,

see transfer certificate or school leaving certificate is issued once you passed your 12th course , however if you did not receive it, you may apply for it to the head of the institute. you have to mention the year of passing 12th and may need to attach the pass certificate. so contact with school officials  or exam section.

TC is some times mandatory   to take admission in the colleges depends on the college norms and admission policy.

hope you get my point.

I passed Cbse board class 12 in 2019 but fail in Chemistry it become my additional subject but overall I declared pass because I took 6 subject. Is it possible that I want to remove my Chemistry subject in the marksheet because fail subject create a bad impression interview.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 27th Jul, 2021

Hi

No, there's no way to remove your chemistry.

This is because,

In cbse board examination, if you have 6 subjects ( 5+1 i. e 5 main and 1 optional or additional ) then irrespective of the optional/subjected opted by you, if you fail in one subject then it takes the place of optional or additional subject and the optional subject you had chosen becomes your main subject and the same is reflected on your marksheet and your result status is pass.

One can choose either to appear in the compartment examination of failed subject or not to appear as he has  already passed 12th.

Even if you appear in compartment examination of chemistry as a private candidate, still they would just provide you a  private passing certificate of chemistry only. Your original marksheet remains the same with failed in chemistry . So, there's no way to remove it .

But don't worry you won't face any problem

††††Personal experience :- I have done 12th from cbse and I had friend who failed in maths and it was replaced by his optional hindustani music and his result status was pass,  but he  didn't face any problem and is studying BA in Allahabad university.

Thank you
