2019
Hi
You won't face any problem . Even if you drop out in the middle of your graduation then the colleges don't return your 12th T. C as it has already been used for admission in their college, they provide you T. C of their own college when you leave it.
Now that you want to get admission in BA, it's completely ok you can submit your college bsc T. C also it doesn't matter even if the two colleges are under different universities
††††Personal experience :- I have friend who was doing bsc from Ranchi university, but he found bsc tough and didn't even attend the semester exams due to which he failed. Then collected T. C and got admission in B. A in Vinoba Bhave University i.e in a different university and didn't face any problem.
Thank you
Your profile suggests that you are medicine aspirant, so I am guessing its regarding neet.
While filling Neet application form you need to fill your class 12th details like your class twelfth board examination roll number , school name etc and not your BSc details.
If I tell you about codes then,
Did you have at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology in your bsc?
If yes, then you need to select code 6 as it is for all those students who have passed BSc with at least any two of following subjects :-
>>>>Physics,
>>>>chemistry ,
>>>>biology/biotechnology
If not, then you need to select code 2 as in that case your highest qualification with all the three subjects remains 10 + 2

As yo said you have completed your 10+2 in 2019, then what you want to pursue or which exam you want to sit for?
See, you can appear for various exams even if you have taken drop of 1 year. It will not bother you much.

By other stream I am guessing you don't have physics, chemistry and biology in your bachelors.
You need to choose the code 02.
This is because,
Though you are doing bachrlors your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology /biotechnology remains 10 + 2 .
While, those who have passed 1st year of graduation with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
