Hello Prateek
First of all if you're changing college with different University then it is hardly possible but if you're changing college in the same University then it might happen it will basically depend on your marks and you have to get a NOC from Your current college . Contacting the respective college itself may make the transfer process happen and easier.
Hello josh
I hope you are doing good . I would glad to tell you that situation are different in different types of colleges according to their course structure . In technical colleges which offers courses like btech , the year is divided into two semesters -one is odd (which generally start in summer and ends in the beginning of winter)and the other one is even (which generally start in winter and ends in the beginning of summer) . So when the odd semester is ended , only a break of 10-15 days is given to students while in even semesters is ended , break of 2months is given which is of JUNE and JULY.
Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future
Hello,
NEET Syllabus is authorised by the medical council of India. The entire NEET syllabus will be based on Secondary and Higher Education Pattern. As per the announcement made by CBSE, the syllabus of 12th will be reduced by 30 percent. Due to this pandemic, offline classes were not being conducted on time and that's why CBSE has taken this decision of reducing syllabus. But the syllabus of NEET 2021 will be the same as the year 2020.

Hello saney,
You just need a graduation degree and that's the only criteria, if you cleared your backlog, then you can get the marksheet for the same and give it as a proof, or if you have your provisional degree, you can apply for the MRO.
I hope it helps,
Best of luck.
