Hi Kumar!
Medical Graduates from Abroad are required to mandatorily appear for the Screening Test known as Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (FMGE) which is conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) guided by the MCI.
This helps you to become a Medical Practitioner in India with a Foreign Degree. But, this is considered as one of the toughest exam in India and nearly 20% pass this.
However, this exam is not applicable for graduates from countries like USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Since, the college you have mentioned is nowhere to be found maybe because of your typing error, check if your college is from these countries or else you have to write FMGE after graduating in Abroad.
Hope this is helpful!
All the best!
Hi Khushboo,
Yes, although you have uploaded the documents in the first round of counseling, then you can apply for the second round of counseling with the properdocuments and then you can get them verified by the authorities. However the fact that you were not able to upload proper douments duing the first round of counselling, you will not get a chance to apply for choosing the college in the first round of counseling.

Yes 7 year preceding study certificate means 1 to 12 class study certificate.
Like 10th and 12th marksheet and certificate and class 1st to 4th one certificate and 5th to 7th one certificate and 8th to 10th one certificate.
Actually its a confirmation that you are leaving which state.
And you must be signed every certificate by BEO or DDPI.
Generally the academic year of each NIT consists of 9 months. After the completion of even semester there is a big holiday of 2 months consisting of May and June. Also after the completion of Odd semester there is a holiday in the month of December.
So, three out of 12 months are holidays in NITs. In NIT Durgapur we get 15 days holiday in October in the occasion of Durgapuja.

Hi,
It is not a zero academic year. Classes has been conducted by the schools, colleges and universities via online mode. Central Government has also released all the protocols for opening schools. Many schools have been opened also and very soon the protocols would be released for the Colleges or Universities also. Also, it is obvious that practical examinations for class 12 specially for science stream could not be conducted online. So, we cannot term this year as zero Academic year.
