How my 2 years academic gap will affect my job career? As I failed in 12th(2019) 1 year and another one will be drop for JEE?

rohan.20022004 7th Oct, 2020

Dear Aspirant, there is no need to worry. Age difference doesn't pose an issue for your career. There are people studying at much older ages than you are. If you are stressed about job opportunities then don't worry jobs require skills and they don't care for age except some military jobs. Talking about technology related jobs or even commerce related jobs almost none of them  have age requirements. Just focus on your studies and enhance your skills " Job will come to you" .

When will the academic year in different IITs/NITs start for year 2020? Will the colleges reopen in January 2021?

Hrisheekesh Singh 6th Oct, 2020

Hi student,

As we all know that India is facing off the COVID 19 pandemic. In this situations, colleges are expected to open in November for 1st year students in IITs/NITs and other colleges. Now, this also matters that the respective state government allows the opening of colleges or not. The COVID 19 pandemic situation in the area where the IIT/NIT is located matters the most and will be the deciding factor that whether they will open or not. See, as of now, online classes are going on for the old students so IITs/NITs may adapt the online way of learning for the first year also. So, you do not panic as soon as the vaccine will come, these educational institutions will be opened. So, just wait and hope for the best.

Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!

hi can you please tell me part academic fee and college fee is different in ipu ?

theeanonymous 11th Nov, 2020

Hello Aspirant ,

Part academic fee is the fee of the particular course , that you pay during the counseling process upon securing or being allotted a seat. In case you are allotted a seat in round 1 , as a part of confirming it you will be asked to pay a certain amount , which will be refunded after a deduction of 1000 rupees if you cancel the seat before the commencement of round 2 counselling . College fee on the other hand is the total annual fee for the course that you pay after joining. After you have been allotted a seat, you may pay the admission fees which will be Rs. 40,000 with the help of the following methods - credit/debit card/net banking or cash. Non-payment of fees will lead the candidate to lose his/her claims to the seat allotted to him/her. Such candidates will not be considered for further rounds of counselling.
