Year of passing out will be same. There will additional mention if the score of the respective subject is from regular exam or supplementary. it will vary from different board as many board also has provision for improvement exam which allows candidates to improve the score in which they feel that their score is low then expectations.

So the year in which you gave regular exam will be year of passing for respective degree/+2/course.

Those students who have passed out their class 12th in year 2020 e are waiting for the colleges to accept their application and start with the admission process so so who will take admission in this year the academic year obviously will begin from 2020 only it's just that there will be a delay of few months I hope you understand this. And as far as the admission is concerned many colleges I am going to start the academic year of the students for new admission from September only so there is a light that those colleges who were not even thinking about the students right now they will also begin the academic year for the freshers.

Thus year due to Covid 19 pandemic, all degree college will start late. . Though online be classes for second and third year degree colleges have been started for first year degree college it is expected to start from September 15 ,2020.

However there is no official news as such  hence we have wait for updates.

see bpharma is a 4 years course and it would take two more years to complete. however if you give neet exam in next year you would be in third year. so since your course is incomplete , the certifications will not be much for used to apply for neet. however you may apply as droppers category since students who have cleared the 12th score with qualifying marks such as 50% aggregate in pcb for general category, 40% marks in pcb for sc/st/ obc category. since there is no age limit or number of attempts to appear in neet you can definitely apply. you may follow the below link to know about neet codes to appear for repeaters/ droppers or currently bachelors course pursuing students,

P.E. is taken as only academic subject but cannot be used in 'best of four" concept for example if you are you are looking forward to taking admission in programming or honours subjects unless it is physical education(Hons.). For honours in PE, PE is counted as one of the subjects from best of 4.

The four subjects the university considers when calculating the best four marks are: P+C+M/B+ english (note english is always counted in your B.O.F)
if you are a commerce or arts student then

1. One language subject, it can be core/elective/functional
2. One relevant subject
3. Subjects from List A which includes subjects like french, economic, history etc.
