To pursue Under Graduate Engineering course you must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board with minimum percentage of marks as specified. As you haven't studied Physics and Chemistry in 10+2 level you are not eligible to apply for admission to Aeronautical Engineering. Based on the previous year KEAM cutoff trends and analytics, Based on the previous years trends of Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical(KEAM) exam, the closing rank for Btech. in Aeronautical Engineering for government college is around 60000.  So, in order to get B.tech Aeronautical Engineering through KEAM you must get a rank within 15-20K.

It doesn't matter if you take aerospace engineering or aeronautical engineering. To become a pilot the minimum education qualification required is that the candidate should qualify their 10+2 level that is your 12th class with physics and maths as subjects. If you don't have physics and maths then you will not be eligible to become a pilot. It doesn't matter what you do in your bachelors degree. Only your 10+2 level matters in becoming a pilot. To become a pilot you meed to join a pilot training school and they provide admission on Basis of your 10+2 level.
