I hope you are doing well. As per your mentioned query , i would like to tell you that sorry dear there is no NIT which provides you btech in aeronautical engineering. All the IITs and IISc have aeronautical engineering branch.
Very few institutes offer this course. Other than IITs , some colleges providing you the aeronautical / aerospace engineering in thier college and they are :

Till now no NIT provides Aeronautical engineering course but there is one institution that offers Aerospace engineering on the basis of JEE-Main score and that institution is Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur through JOSAA counselling.
If you are seeking admission in it then you need to appear for JEE-Main because there is no any other way to get admission in it.
