2. IIT Kanpur.
3. Manipal Institute of Technology.

Dear student,
If you are doing a B.Tech course, then be it any branch or specializations, generally the courses are of 4 years duration.
Now, in each years there are two semesters, so total eight semesters are there in B.tech.
Now, after every semester end, you will have to give examination to pass the semester. So totally you will have eight major exams in your B.Tech.
Having said that, there are some mid term examinations too in every semester and it depends on college if they take it or not, but most of the colleges take mid tern examination in each semester before the end term examination of the semester.
The things is branch independant, and you will find the system in B.Tech aeronautical engineering too.
I hope this answer helps you.

Yes, after Diploma you may join ISRO after clearing respective shortlisting rounds and interview, subject to vacancies and advertisements for Technician/Technical Assistant Positions.
As far as Scientist position is concerned, after Diploma, even if you pursue a B.Tech/A.M.I.E/Associate Degree in Mechanical/Electronics youll have less chances, as the Vacancies are scarce and competition is extremely high for B.Tech Graduates.
You should perhaps pursue a M.Tech from some of the Higher Technical Institutions like Top IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani or IISc Bangalore followed by applying for the Postgraduate Vacancies, which are more in number and Postgraduates of Premium Institutes are preferred for the Positions of Scientist.
Ironically, at ISRO, the vacancies of Mechanical/Electronics Engineers are 10x more than Aerospace/Aeronautical/Material Engineers, though yhe latter play a key role in the Engineering and Research of ISRO.
Hello aspirant, BSc. in aeronautical engineering involves more theory based study of the topic while B Tech course involves more practical knowledge that is applied science about aeronautics. B. Sc core subjects are more similar to pilot training studies but B Tech syllabus is slightly different. In terms of salary and job opportunities Bsc is considered to be slighly better. There is no entrance exam for BSc but you have to give entrance exam in B.Tech.
Both courses will help you learn about aircraft design and will directly or indirectly help you for pilot training in future. So based on above points and your interests you should choose between Btech or BSc in aeronautics engineering.
