YES, You can apply for ICRB (ISRO Centralized Recruitment Board) Exam after completing Aerospace engineering or from any other Engineering fields as well.
Further, the eligibility criteria to apply for ICRB Exams are as follows :
students must have completed BTech or BE degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical or any other related field with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks or 6.8 CGPA on a scale of 10.
