It completely depends upon your interest and which branch you want to go for. Campus and placement wise, IIT Bombay is older and well-established but in India, scope for Aerospace engineering is not much but it is a very good branch. Computer Science from IT Jodhpur is a great choice too considering there are many opportunities currently in that field. So any IIT you choose according to your interest, you'll get great faculty, campus and job opportunities.

You cannot get admission in B.tech Aerospace Engineering in any of the government based colleges just with the class 12th marks. You have to appear for the JEE mains examination, and according to the Marks and Cutoff rank secured by you in JEE mains you'll get the B.tech Aerospace engineering branch in any preferred government institute if you successfully clear the basic cutoff necessary to get admission in that college.
