Congratulations for the rank that you get in EAMCET exam. According to last some years data of cut offs sorry to say but you have very less chances of getting admission into Acharya NG Ranga agriculture university, Guntur. As your rank is little lower so your chances in some good government institution are very much lower but you can try for some other good private college also you have good chance with management quota seats.
For getting more information about the college that you mentioned in the question you should go through the below link in which all the information about college is given.

Hi aspirant,
You got 90% in pu & your agriculture ranking is 15168.You asked if you may get a seat in gkvk or not.
Now, see, The University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, currently has administrative headquarters at the Gandhi Krishi Vigyana Kendra on the Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway. It has the following colleges: College of Agriculture, Bengalore at Gandhi Krishi Vigyana Kendra. College of Agriculture, Mandya.
Your rank is quite medium. Minimum eligibility for gkvk is :
OC - 40%
bc- 35%
SC, ST, PH 30 %.
So, with your 90% in pu you are eligible for the selection procedure in this college. You have chances for it.
All the best !!
You got 25k rank in Ap eamcet 2020.
For Ap eamcet, qualifying marks for general or OBC candidates is around 45 to 50.
As your rank is too poor, you will not get good government colleges. But you have e pretty good chance to get a B Sc. agriculture seat in some private colleges.
You may go for LPU, Agricultural Engineering, Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, Bapatla etc.
Here is an Ap eamcet college predictor tool for you:
