The cutoff of gkvk college depend on category as well . if you are General category student, there are less chances for admission. If you are OBC/SC/ST category student, you have chances to get admission in this college.

I have 40% agri quota and15%rural quota and my category is obc(3a) and my agri rank is 31000 can I get seat in gkvk clg

In 2019, under 2A Category, a Rank of 4716 secured a seat in Kodagu Agricultural College. That was the cut off. This is 2019 Mock Counselling data. Though it is 2019 data and cut offs change every year, a rank of 18345 is too big for a seat in B.Sc Forestry. This is because the seats are limited and so the cut offs usually go higher. With a rank of 18345, it is tad difficult for a seat in B.Sc Forestry.

There is a separate merit list that is prepared for Candidates appearing under Agriculturalist Quota. 25% of the marks from their 12th in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics, 25% of the marks scored in KCET and 50% of the marks secured in Practical exam conducted for these Candidates are considered to prepare a separate merit list. So we will need that merit rank. In the general Merit list a rank of 13764  secured a seat in GKVK College in B.Sc Agriculture under SC Category. Now this is 2019 Mock Counselling data. If a separate merit list is prepared for you, you will need atleast a rank less than 2000 for a seat in this College.

In 2019, a rank of 3641 secured a seat in B,Sc Forestry in Uttarakannada District which is College of Sirsi. That was the cut off for 3 A Category. There are only 2 B.Sc Forestry Colleges that accept KCET score and hence higher cut offs. Though this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year, a rank of 84638 is difficult for a seat in B.Sc Agriculture of Forestry. For B.Sc Agriculture, 8293 was the cut off rank for 3A Category.

It depends on your category and the place you are from. If you are from 1G, 1K, 1R category or even 2A's category then i am sorry with this rank it is not possible to get any seat.

But you can get Food technology or Horticulture or even B.Sc Agriculture under SCG category.

I would suggest you to see the kcet cutoff list of 2020 for Bsc agriculture in the category of sc

I would like to add that the chances of getting a seat is low but you can enquire the agriculture colleges for further information and if you wait till the last round of cet college allotments you have a chance of getting a seat.
