Hi Geethika ,

Based on your rank and caste and branch there is a chance to allot a seat in particular college and as per your caste in order to study in good college and considering your ipe marks and also as per previous years cut off  marks you need to score marks more then 100+  out off 160 so you will get best college and also rank below 10,000

I hope my information is helpful  for more information go to below link

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 25th Sep, 2020

hi,

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. however there is 3B general, 3BH, 3BK, 3BR category. as for 3B general category you have less chances for b.sc in agriculture course in any of the colleges.

however to know about the complete list of probable college name please enroll for careers360 college predictor tool,

Hello,

You have scored a decent marks in board but as we all know that through this marks you won't able to get admission in different engineering, medical or pharmacy college as they were not selected their candidate on through board marks.

KCET of of the renowned entrance exam in the field of engineering , architecture and pharmacy  for the local candidate of Karnataka. Their is some requirements such as candidates must have passed with minimum 50% marks in the 2 nd PUC/12 th standard or equivalent exam to appear for the exam. Also, they must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology as compulsory subjects in their secondary education.

As you score 127 marks in KCET out off 180 your rank must be in the range of 281 – 290 . As your rank is quite good But you are a general category student it may create some problems but you still got good college of Karnataka as well as good branch. You are capable for getting admission in any branch and in any college which accepting KCET marks.

Good Luck!

The cutoff marks varies ever year. Based on the previous years cut off marks it will vary around 45-50 marks for general candidate,40-45 marks for OBC and 35-40 marks for SC/ST candidates.Cutoff marks is based on the qualifying mark, number of students appeared , difficulty level of the paper. So get a good score which means more than the cut off mark you will get a good rank and can get a seat in a good college.
