Since this year's rankings are not yet declared, according to previous year general rankings and trends with a rank of 4900, you have a good chance of getting into College of Agriculture, Mandya. Since previous year's cutoffs were around 4,000-5,500.

Here your caste plays a key role. If you belong to SC or ST category their might be a chace to intake in you a private college not in government colleges or any top colleges. It is advisable for you to go with the board marks if those are also less then go for the management quota seat.

For MANAGE you can get a call if you have 80-85 percentile. After that the selection is purely based on your performance in essay writing, GD, extempore and personal interview. Apart from that in your graduation in agriculture discipline you should have at least 50% marks. The CAT cutoff for NAARM is somewhere near 60-60% based on your academic records.
