There is only mechanical engineering as a course and Tractor is a subset of it. Mechanical Engineers study Physics, Maths and different forces, apply them to make different machines. Mechanical has a lot of scope. Mechanical Engineers design, analyse different machines and make it as effecient as possible. For example in tractor, a mechanical engineer has to design its body keep the weight balanced. Mechanical Engineering has a duration of 4 years.

Welli must tell you that the college is really very average on terms of education and research. Rather you should go for other good universities in place. Overall it's an average place to study agriculture and if you want you can study there. The faculty is also okay and decent but the opportunities are very less there.
