AICTE
Hello Aspirant
One the main difference between AICTE and UGC is
AICTE deals with technical university(Engineering and medical) while UGC overlooks other university(B.A,BCOM)
Whereas UGC is the apex and approves universities in the country.UGC provides fund for affiliated college and university
Whereas
AICTE is only a statutory body, that deals with planning and development of various technical education within a country.AS know all engineering and medical college are AICTE approved.
AICTE was established in 1945 while UGC was established in 1956
As both of them are looking over education in India it would be quite tough to differentiate which is good and which is not.
Regards!
Hello!
You can go for the following institue as per your percentile and budget.(fees are based on last years data, so there can be a little in fees)
I hope this helps.
Previously AICTE approval was not required for AMIE. It was recognized from MHRD. But MHRD has withdrawn its recognition for equivalence in govt jobs for students having permanent membership registration with IEI after 2013 and directed affected Institutions to get new recognition from AICTE.
As per current situation perhaps a good news is waiting for AMIE passed graduates, AICTE may be approved the graduates who has pass out before 2013.
After 2013 ,who has enrolled after that or already passed the AMIE in 2017 for those AICTE is also showing a very positive response.
So,aicte may be approved the AMIE after the modifications of the syllabus by IEI.

Coming to your question,
While you are studying LLB, you are just a law student. To practice law before any court, you must be a lawyer. To practice law, you must clear the examination conducted by BAR Council of India and should have a registration certificate issued for the same.
Affiliation to AICTE only means that your degree has more validity and is issued by a recognized university.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Graduating from an UGC and AICTE university is very important as employers prefer only such graduates.
If the accreditation of UGC is withdrawn after a student completes his/her degree (when there was approval of UGC), they are viewed to have been graduated from an accredited university only. The value of degree is not lost.
