As per research Delhi AIIMS fees 6000 per year. So approximately your expenses for 66 months in AIIMS Delhi is 33000 only. But other expenses like your personal books, skeleton, notes, laptop it will be your cost. If you leave in AIIMS hostel then hostel fees also very very low because of its government college. And if you don't want to eat in hostel food then it will extra charge for your own. So college expenses are very low in AIIMS Delhi, if any expenses occur ut will for your own luxury.

See,as per NMC order the medical Colleges will reopen from 1st December,2020 in a phased manner…but initially only final prof students will resume their classes.
For first year students,the course is expected to start from 1st February,2021. The official notice hasn't come yet,so nothing's final,as of now…
You will have to wait more and you will get information if it gets started.

See if you have good CAT percentile but have average academic performance then there are less chances of getting shortlisted for IIM A because IIM A shortlist the candidates on the basis of academic performance as well as CAT percentile and also it considers work experience (if any), So if you don't have any work experience then also you are eligible for admission to IIM A. Now the academic record which you have mentioned is average till class 12th but your graduation performance but in accordance with the given data if you score around 99 percentile in CAT then you might have shot at IIM A.
