AIIMS Delhi
Hi Aspirant!
To be eligible for NEET candidate must have atleast 50% in 10+2 with the required subjects from a recognized board and same is for admission in AIIMS. And this includes the total marks (theory and practical both). So, as you mentioned that your exam is of total 150 marks and lets assume that you achieved 130 marks out of total, then the percentage of it is (130/150)*100= 86.6
So, in this way you can calculate your percentage and check if you can write NEET exam or not.
Hope I answered your query, thankyou!
Hello,
The eligibility criteria for NEET 2021 is
If you are general candidate then you need to score 150/300 in combining PCB marks in class 12. since, you have secured more than minimum required marks so you can give NEET 2021.
But, to get admission in AIIMS you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria of AIIMS. If you are general or OBC candidate then to get admission in AIIMS you need to have minimum 60% marks in aggregate in class 12. But, if you are SC/ST candidate then the minimum marks required will be 50%.
good luck!

Hello Aspirant,
AIIMS Delhi is the topmost choice for MBBS and the competition level for a seat there is very high. An exact prediction of cutoff marks in NEET for a category cannot be made, because it depends on the number of seats, number of applicants under that category and the highest mark secured in the exam. But , keeping in mind ,previous cutoff trends, a score above 600 would be needed at the minimum to stand a chance for admission in AIIMS. Aim for as high as possible beyond 600. Since you are from ST category, score somewhere around 650-660 will give you very high chance to get admission, so aim for that, you should come within first 2K rank .

All the best
See all AIIMS are top known Central Medical colleges of India and therefore there is huge competition for it but seats are fixed and with 5% horizontal reservation quota for PwD category there total 28 seats reserved for General PwD category students. So if you score around 400 and belongs to General PwD category then there are quite less chances that you might get any of the AIIMS but still we cannot guarantee because cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
