AIIMS Delhi
The MBBS books when bought new are a bit expensive. So students usually prefer buying it from their seniors the second hand or the already used ones. So that can be bought in a decent cheaper price around 5-6 thousand approximately.
You can also find second hand books at cheaper rate in stores or can buy it from olx or such websites.
Best wishes. Thank you.
