No, to get into AIIMS you don't need any entrance examination other than NEET

This is because,

Earlier there was Aiims mbbs entrance examination , but then it got scrapped off, and now since 2020 admission in Aiims for MBBS is completely  through Neet examination only   .

In order to be able to appear in NEET  you need to be eligible for it.To be eligible for neet one must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /stcategory . Also to be eligible for neet  one has to be at least 17 years old  by 31st December of the year of appearing.

• Call letter
• Date of Birth Proof
• Class XII Mark sheet
• Migration Certificate
• Category certificate from the prescribed authority (For SC/ST/OBC category candidates)
• Six passport size photographs
• One set of self-attested copies of all certificates

Character Certificate can be signed by any Gazetted Officer or a Public Representative like MP/ MLA.....

No it's not required to crack NEET for getting B.Sc. Nursing you can get it even if you have not cleared your NEET exam.

You just need to look at the cutoff of different college and compare it with your that will you be getting that college at your rank or not. If you belong to some reservation category then if you have below 150 also you will be getting a decent Nursing college and around 120 you should get one which is below NEET cutoff 138.

Nothing to worry about B.Sc. nursing you will get that at even very low score through your state counselling.
