Hi
Yes, in 2021 -2022 and all the sessions, now admission in Aiims Manglagiri and all other Aiims, for mbbs will be on the basis of Neet examination only.
This is because,
There is no more Aiims mbbs entrance examination ,it has been scrapped off, and now since 2020 admission in Aiims for MBBS is through Neet examination .
To help you further,
Here's the complete admission process in AIIMS for mbbs

Predicting the marks/rank required to get a seat in AIIMS Bhubaneswar is quite difficult as cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2020 cut off for AIIMS Bhubaneswar is provided below category wise
Category cut off rank cut off marks
General 228 691
Obc 570 682
Sc 1503 667
St 5691 641
You can check the same by downloading the result pdf available on the official website of MCC the link is provided below
https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/Home/ArchiveDownload
So, for st category , then you need at least around 645 marks for AIIMS Bhubaneswar.

Thankyou
This is the older cutoff so its not 100 percent correct but its good to take an idea from and plan accordingly. Its for ST Category Student for AIIMS Kalyani.
This is an rough idea as the cutoff of this year is nearby the same.
Thanks
The cutoff is as follows
General 852 676
OBC 1574 666
SC 13807 614
ST 19000 600
Its for year 2020 but you can take an idea from it.
For more about details visit
https://medicine.careers360.com/exams/neet
Making prediction is difficult as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
-----------) number of students/ candidates that appeared in the neet exam,
-----------) difficulty level of neet examination
-----------) number of available seats,
-----------) performance of different students in the examination,
-----------) the category you belong etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then,
In neet 2020 cut off for AIIMS Delhi is provided below category wise :-
Category closing/cut off rank cut off marks
General 51 705
EWS 215 692
Obc 218 692
Sc 1198 671
St 2239 660
So, with 580 marks, your chances of getting a seat in AIIMS Delhi is extremely low even if you are from St category
Yes there are 4 year dropper who cracked neet and got AIIMs.In my opinion clearing neet in first attempt save your time and mental health as dropper's mental pressure will be higher,if you sincerely devote your 2 years,(11 ,12) for it. Every year higher competition makes it difficult to clear neet as cutoff increases. But if your passion is MBBS clearing neet after 4th attempt is worth to get into college like AIIMs.
If you are preparing for neet 2022,here are so.e resources to strengthen your preparation.

Hope my answer helped.
Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . Your doubt is quite relevant .
As you are a resident of Gujarat, the distance factor for a college won't be counted in your case as both the colleges are in the state of Gujarat itself ,you just might need to travel to another city in case you choose one of the two colleges .
I'll firstly talk of AIIMS,Rajkot. Undoubtedly one of the premier centrally governed institutes of our country. If you get into this institution, the one that you'll get for sure is the 'AIIMS' tag and people value that a lot here . Secondly, all the AIIMS institutes have an excellent campus and infrastructure and also an amazing set of faculty . But trust me in a medical college ,your own self study means the most and I can't stress this enough . But,one thing that you are going to lack in here is that ,they took their first batch of medical students in 2020 itself ,that is you won't be getting very much experienced seniors to help you out with stuff like studies, extra-curricular activities and your university exams and upcoming competitive exams like NEET PG/NEXT.
You'll mostly be on your own trying to tackle any problems that you face and figure out stuff .
This is not the case with BJMC, Ahmedabad. Being a much older college , it has a lot of batches senior to you and people to guide you with all the stuff that I mentioned above .
It's an old and renowned college where you'll get to work with a lot of people and also a much more competitive environment than AIIMS,Rajkot .
These are the only big differences between the 2 colleges, rest is your choice whether you prefer the 'AIIMS' tag more or experience more .
