Hi
It's quite difficult to make prediction as percentile vs rank keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
------------------------) number of students that appeared in the exam,
------------------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------------------) toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc.
But yes ,
When we go through previous years trend then,
--------------) With 94.85 percentile / nta score
Your crl rank would be roughly around 52685 - 59225 and obc rank around 16k

Hello
If your predicted score is 554 and you want to get into government medical College. For General-Catagory is quite difficult to get into government medical College for MBBS because for General catagory minimum marks required for government medical College is 584.
I suggest you to wait for the results because it's really clear your way, If you are not eligible then you have take a drop year or if you are eligible so, you can go for it.
Or you can go for private colleges which demands sufficient amount of fees. Also in Government College there 2 quota are: 1. AIQ quota for 15% seats and State Quota is remaining 85% seats in MBBS.
Here are some government colleges in Uttar Pradesh:

--Caste category
--Number of students appeared in the exam
