AIR
Hello,
Congratulations on securing 97.4 percentile with a AIR of 23.5k so let me tell you that you will definitely get cse branch in this college because as per the previous year trends you can easily clear the cut offs.
However some of the conditions are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
You can even try for some NITs or GFTIs and see if you can get a non core branch.
Hello Aspirant,
It seems that you are asking for JEE-Main, if not then kindly correct me in the comment section below.

If you want to opt for private engineering colleges then i would suggest you to go for private entrance examination like for VIT Vellore, SRM University, Manipal University, BITS Pilani, comedk colleges , wbjee.
If you want to go through jee mains then you can with wbjee colleges like institute of engineering and management, Heritage institute of technology, Haldia institute of technology and many more.
But you won't be able to clear the cut offs for these colleges with a good branch so i would advise you to give private entrances.
Hey Aspirant,
As per your question that you have scored AIR 4360 in NIMCET your OBC rank is approximately about 1350. Your General rank which is an average rank. There is no such formula nor there is any tool with which you can predict category rank from general rank. See only way is from the result itself, as there are several things checked before finalizing a rank so no one can say the rank. Hope you Understand.

As per your information you core AIR 4662 in NIMCET 2022 as you will also belong to OBC Category. According to the category and rank you didn't get any of the NITs or government college as per previous year cutoff but yes you get some private colleges on such rank:-
