All India Counselling
Hello,
Yeah, even if you didn't attend the first and second rounds of neet counselling, you are qualified for the mopup round. Generally, the NEET Mop Up Round is NEET UG Counselling's last and final round. It is carried out and seats are left after the NEET UG 2nd Round of Counselling is done. The Mop Up Round is performed to fill up the empty seats. The Mop Up Round is done at Central and Deemed Universities to fill up the seats left empty.
Hello Aspirant,
On such marks and category you have no chances of getting ESI Medical College, Bangalore according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 605 for ESI Medical College, Bangalore under All India quota for General category. But yes you can get it under state quota of Karnataka because under state quota, last year the cut-off marks was 443 for government seat in ESI Medical College, Bangalore for General category.

Dear aspirant
You have not score so good marks according to this year ranks and cut off trends. At this you have almost nil chance that you will get govt seat through AIQ AYUSH counselling. There are even very tough chances to get govt. BAMS colleges in uttar pradesh ayush counseling in your category. Expected cut off for general/EWS candidate this year in uttar pradesh ayush counselling is 480+ . Till now counselling hadn't been started yet so there is nothing confirm it might change, but cut off for BAMS will be around 480 marks for Gen candidate.

Your marks is very low in NEET 2020 as this year toppers marks is itself 19 marks above then previous year. Also this year cut off ranks has risen very high beyond as expected cut off. Cut off ranks for first round in rajasthan for SC female candidates is AIR 57777 and state rank 5733. In AIQ cut off ranks for sc candidate in first round is AIR 69669
At your marks there are very less chances that you will get any government medical college in rajasthan this year. You may get Private medical college in rajasthan.

Free Exit is only available for Round 1. So even if you are re registering for Round 2 for Deemed Universities, if you get a seat in State Counselling and want to exit the seat allotted, then you have to forfeit the security deposit. But if you are not allotted a seat in Round 2 but are allotted a seat in State Counselling, then you do not have to forfeit the security deposit because then the amount will be refunded to your account after all the rounds of Counseling are over. This is because you are not forfeiting any seat but because you haven't been alotted a seat.
