Fear Aspirant
At first congratulations and best wishes for your result . I am afraid to say with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost negative through All India counselling for 15% seats . You can still try in state counselling for remaining 85% seats . Different state counselling cut offs vary from each other. For different states it depend upon availability of colleges, student number etc various things . You have not mentioned your state . You must mention that for us to answer precisely. You must go for your respective state's counselling. Though chances for you are tough for you in there also for government colleges. However you can get easily many private medical colleges. You can further check on our link https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges predict your chances here
Best Wishes.

Dear Student,
if we compare your marks scored in NEET 2020 Examinations with last years cutoff, your options to get a seat in a Government Medical College is limited to a couple of colleges namely, "Datte Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Wardha". However if you would like to have further information on your rank and colleges suitable for you according to your preference, kindly visit the links provided below.

Yes you can register in second round counseling of AIQ too. It will start from NOV 18 to NOV 22. you can participate in AIQ COUNSELING by registering on between above date. But once you participate in 2nd round and you get a college then you will have to take it you can't exit from there. You will have option exit with forfeiture ( means you will loose security deposit). So be careful while attending 2nd round counseling. It depends on which state you want to do your mbbes from. In other words, it is your choice. With your rank you may easily get any private college in private medical colleges of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh as well as Uttar Pradesh. To get a full list of the colleges you might get with your rank you can use https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-all-india-college-predictor
Hey,
To be honest thinking of securing any government seat under All India Quota seems very difficult for you at this rank. As the competitions are high and the seats for government colleges are limited, so the chance is very less. Your category will also not fetch you a good seat like other categories.
You can get a clear picture by using our college predictor, to see your chances and decide whether you should go for All India Counseling or not.

All the best.
Thank you.
Yes,You can definitely apply for all india as well as state counselling of other states but you will be eligible for private colleges for other states as they are not your permanent domicile state i.e they are non-domicile states. Each state has 85% reservation for their domicile candidates under state quota but if you have domicile of karnataka and you had done your10th & 12th of other state then you can check the specific state eligibility criteria by going to their specific website for seeking admission of government seat of other state.
Dear Aspirant,
Firstly congrats for such a good score. If you belong to SC/ST category candidate then there are chances of yours to get good government medical seat through All India Quota with these score. If You are a general/ OBC category candidate then 526 marks is some what low score to get government medical seat through All India Quota. As per last years cutoff, 560 was considered a safe score for OBC/general category candidate to get government medical seat through AIQ. So you can try your luck at the time of counselling.
You can also use the given below link to predict your college by submitting your NEET score.Hope this helps.
Thank you
Hello,
Though cutoff changes every year, but last years cutoffs are taken as references. So, ss per last years cutoff, using all India quota you have chances of getting a BDS seat in some of the colleges.
For all possible predictions of the colleges through AIQ you can use college predictor tool as its not possible for me to list all of them.
