Eligibility for MSc clinical Nutrition as per the Official notification:
Candidates for admission to the Master's Degree, CLINICAL NUTRITION and FOOD DEGREE COURSE IN SCIENCES UNDER ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES
The student should have passed the degree in any of the following courses from a recognized university:
Bachelor of Nutritional Dietetics and Food Service Management / Food and Nutrition Sciences/ Clinical and dietary nutrition Food and dietetic service management / Home Sciences (with a specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics) / Human Sciences (with a specialization in Nutrition and diet).
There is no mention of BSc Life science so you aren't eligible based on that (although not clearly specified that BSc Life science is ineligible but also not mentioned) not by percentage.

The cut off depends upon various factors such as difficulty level of the examination, total number of candidates appeared for the exam, total number of seats available etc. Thus, the cut off varies each year. Also, the cut offs are different for different category students. AEEE 2018 cut off was
SC/ST Category (Open & State Quota) : 1 – 15000 (opening rank) ; 15001 – 25000(closing rank)
General Category (Open & State Quota) : 1 – 750 (opening rank); 9501 – 10000 (closing rank)
State Quota : 10001 – 12500 (opening rank); 20001 – 22500 (closing rank)

Amritapuri campus can be the best for Integrated MSc chemistry since the campus offers a good amount of placements with moderate packages.
Based on the marks obtained in the qualifying exam & interview , the admission will be offered. Also E-counselling sessions are done.

It is a good college with fair placements.Around 70-80% of the students get placed in good companies and a handful number of students get placed from CSE and IT branch.Next phase of recruitment takes place from ECE department.Renowned companies like LC,ACC Cement,MU comes for recruiting students.Infrastructure of the college is quite good with best faculty members.Faculty members are helpful and senior.

80.5 percentile in JEE Mains will be good score to become eligible for getting admission in Amrita University, Tamil Nadu.
