HAPPY HUSTLING!
Hey!
Have you checked your answer key yet? If you haven't, please do! Since you think your marks will be below 400, getting a seat in any government medical college will be tough. It depends on the cutoff every year. But you can surely secure a seat in Deemed/ private medical colleges if you are financially okay with it.
Also, there are other options like BDS, Homeopathy, Ayurveda and Agriculture courses if you are interested. It's certain that you will get a seat in any of the above mentioned streams in private colleges.
You can check the below link for predicting your college based on your marks. https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
But if you have a strong will to work hard and get into any reputed Government medical colleges, you could always try again next year! Don't panic. You still have time. Don't worry about what others say. Your life, your decision!
Have a great day!
Amrita University accepts JEE Mains scores. In the FAQ section of their official website, it is mentioned "It is not correct for us to predict a minimum rank requirement for admissions into various campuses of Amrita School of Engineering. Ranks keep varying year on year. You will be allotted to some other campuses if there are vacancies. At the time of Seat allotment, you will be asked to select the Course preference and campus from our all campuses. Based on that you will be allotted seat. "

NEET:-
For MBBS Course 80000-90000 for general category, obc and EWS category
For BDS course neet cutoff is around 480000 in first round and for second round it is around 230000- 280000

Hello student. 1539 rank is a good one. But computer science or electronics and electrical engineering are a bit demanding branches. So it might be a bit difficult to get cse, ece branches.
You will be getting through it. But branches allocation is not sure. Attend for counselling. People will drop out after them getting nits or iits.
If there is any state quota, then your chances will improve.
