Hi,
Amrita offers arts and science courses in a variety of fields and which are handled by highly qualified faculty.
The coursework is pretty rigorous but is manageable.
The Coimbatore canpus is situated at the foothills of the western ghats providing a conducive environment for studies.
The hostel and mess facilities are better than most of the colleges in India.
Amrita has tie ups with institutes to provide CAT,GATE,GRE and UPSC coaching within the campus on certain days of the week for a nominal fee.
In short,Amrita provides a lot of opportunities and one can make good use of it.

Sir what is state quota percentage in Amrita university coimbatore

Hi,
State quota students if ranked high enough take seats under the general quota for all courses of study at any Amrita campus.
If however the general quota is over,the students having state quota Will be allotted seats under the state quota meant for the students hailing from the state where the college is situated.
On an average,you have about 50% of seats reserved for each course in each campus for state quota.

You can not say any college to be good or bad. This decision depends on the factors you are considering. A college may be good in some aspects while lacks in other aspects. For example, a college located in Hills will give you a good atmosphere but will lack access to resources.

So here are some comparisons based on which you can judge which college suits you:

Location and access: Amrita University is located in Coimbatore and was established back in 2003. Mahindra Ecole is located near Hyderabad.
Tag and Name: Name wise, Amrita University is ahead of Mahindra Ecole center
Package: Amrita University average package: 6.5 lakh, the highest package is of 12 lakh offered by Amazon.
Companies visiting: For Mahindra Ecole, the companies visiting include Microsoft, Gap Inc, Mahindra rise, Tech Mahindra, Synopsis, Forlim 8, Ground Intelligent Logistics, ZS, Voltas Limited, etc. They provide internships to the students at the University of Austin, University of Florida, ENS France, etc.. Amrita doesn't take admission on jee rank since they conduct their own exam AEEE.

Amrita university having 8th rank in NIRF. Will it carry for all campuses??

Hey there,

The ranking is given considering all the branches of Amrita University. The best facilities among those will be obviously given in the main campus of Amrita University. You should better go for the main campus if you are thinking of getting the admission this year.
