I got 82 percentile in AEEE 2022 and got rank 6800 and one of my friends got 91-2 percentile and rank round 3000. By this score, I can get into cse amritapuri. Since you are from Bangalore and i assume you did your 11th and 12th there, then you will get state quota too. So i am sure you could have got it if you attempted the counselling. Could you please share if you got a seat in 2021 and any extra info?

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth is a private engineering college. There so many departments are offered. And BTech in CSE one of them. So if you are want join this college then you have to give entrance examination. Like JEE Mains or tamilnadu entrance examination. This college present in Coimbatore.  It is NAAC aggregate grade A college .

Your 11th and 12th Maths will do, especially Calculus, differential equations, and Matrices. The first semester will be 22 credits.

Also, things like semester holidays and duration will have to be checked on the university website or contact their helpdesk. Usually, a semester is 5-6 months long and the academic calendar is released before the commencement of the session.

You have a very descent score but your chances of getting the mentioned seat is very slim because of the highest demand of course among the candidates and very limited intakes. With the score you have mentioned and going along with the past trends of Marks vs Rank, your rank could lie around 5k which would be insufficient to fetch you the desired seat.
