It depends on your veiw of understanding, how you can easily cover the subject by using which book. If BD Chaurasia's books help you easily understand the concepts then refer these books. Cunningham manual comes in handy during dissection hours where you need a reliable reference so as to how to go about dissecting the structures. Confining the use of a manual of that standard to just pass your anatomy viva is not recommended.
