Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as your category certificate is of before 1 april , 2021 then it is not valid and is need to be updated after 1 april 2021 so you are advised to get it updated by visiting it to the nearest tehsil or S.D.M office. Validity of any category certificate is till 1 april after it you need to renew it.

In your rank in AP EAMCET as a SC candidate is 37670. In this rank to get bsc agriculture seat in the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh is not possible. Previous years trade shows that at least the rank for SC to get admission in bsc agriculture seat in India of the agriculture colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana conditions to secure at least 5000 to 15000 rank for SC candidate.

The closing rank for CSE for oc category is 7841

The eligibility criteria for admission in SRM Ap is that a candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% in 10th Standard and Minimum of 60% in MPC in 12th standard. He/She should have qualified SRMJEEE/SRMAPET OR Students with 60 percentile or above in JEE are eligible for admission. Hence, you cannot get admission in SRM based on AP EAMCET.

With your above rank in ap eamcet , this might be difficult for you to get seat in Sri vekateshwar University college of engineering as you rank is likely to be less . The last year home state cutoff trends for CSE branch in this college was - 13144.
