For getting admission through sports quota in AP EAMCET, you have to apply same as the other students apply for the counselling. Just during the document verificaton, along with all the documents you need to submit your Sports certificates. These are the courses a BIPC student can pursue after writing EAMCET examination-
You can pursue any course from the list I have provided you if you belong to the BIPC stream.
There will be certain percentage of reservation of seats who are participating in the colleges of AP EAMCET. But for sports quota there is 0.5% seat reservation. For female candidates from any category there will be 33% seat reservation.

As father's name is a crucial information in official/college documents I would suggest you to get it changed through aadhar portal or any Aadhar information center, you can also get an affidavit from court nearby you if it's very urgent stating that the name on your aadhar and your father's actual name belong to the same person. This might work for you and then later you can get your aadhar modified.
