My father name is slightly wrong in my aadhar card can i take that aadhar card to ap eamcet counselling 2021 or else any problem occurs during document verification?

As father's name is a crucial information in official/college documents I would suggest you to get it changed through aadhar portal or any Aadhar information center, you can also get an affidavit from court nearby you if it's very urgent stating that the name on your aadhar and your father's actual name belong to the same person. This might work for you and then later you can get your aadhar modified.
