As you have mentioned that you have secured 25k in ts eamcet so let me tell you that there is chances for you to get a free seat but on the other hand it depends upon the factors that's needs to be considered for cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
