AU is the best choice. It is better than AU in terms of placements, infrastructure and facilities. You should go for AU as you will get back what you invest here. It is worth all your money. yes , you can eligible for councelling . In Andhra University for general category cse cutt-off is 970 . it may difficult to get cse with this rank , but you can eligible for other branches as andhra university has 15 engineering courses available.
