Hello Aspirant,Hope you are doing well. As per the official information from the website of AP LAWCET,these are requirements to be eligible for 3 years course.
  1. Candidates must have completed a three-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a State or Central University.
  2. Candidates from the General/OBC category must obtain an aggregate score of at least 45 percent in the qualifying exam.
  3. Candidates from the SC/ST category must get at least 40% in the qualifying exam.
  4. Candidates in their last year of college are eligible to apply if they meet the other programme requirements.
  5. A candidate should bea minimum of 21 years of age at the time of the exam. The candidate should note that the university hasn't defined any upper age limit to apply for the application process....I hope this clarifies your doubt.

dhanshree1501 6th Mar, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

I hope that you are doing well.

During admission a candidate will be considered as a local candidate in relation to a local area which are OU, AU & SVU. The local area in respect of Sri Venkateswara University ( SVU ) includes the districts Nellore(Potti Sree Ramulu), Anantapur, Chittoor, Kadapa(YSR) and Kurnool.

I hope this helps.

Im a native of Andhra pradesh. In NEET 2021 final merit list of AP, they considered me under non local area. But originally I belong to AU region. Are there any disadvantages of being non local?? Also Im not local to any other state. Are there less chances for getting admission? Please reply...

Piyush 3rd Mar, 2022

Hello aspirant,

I hope that you are doing absolutely great.

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that there is no disadvantage of being a non-local. The only disadvantage that you can get is in the reservation of the allottment of the colleges as you do not belong to the Andra pradesh region. You'll be considered as student of other state quota and other state quota students have less reservation as compared to home state quota candidates.

I hope that this will help,

Dear student,

As you mentioned that you have completed your b-pharmacy in 2016 at Andhra University but you don't have the certificate because of the backlogs so let me tell you that you should contact the university regarding this if they have any provision to give you back your certificate . If you would clear your backlogs then surely they would give your degree.
