First of all, I would like to tell that the Anna University was established on 4th September 1978 as a unitary type of University. It offers higher education in Engineering, Technology and allied Sciences relevant to the current and projected needs of the society.
The class timing of Anna University Campus B. tech Pharmaceutical Engineering is from 8:30AM to 4:45PM. Lunch break timing is 12:15PM to 1:10PM. But now I guess they are conducting the online classes and schedule for the classes may be slightly change so to check or to confirm that please visit on their official site.

First of all it depends on your interest, but my personal opinion is doing CSE in MIT (high fees) if you cannot afford it then CSE at Anna university will be the perfect choice.

As per previous year cut off your rank is much low to get ECE and EEE college. But never loose hope. If seats will be vacant you'll surely get a seat.

ACTECH, ANNA University are very well infrastructured. There are well maintained rooms, basic furniture and bathrooms. Now there are not much of information available regarding the bathroom facilities but as per some of the articles, each hostel floor have one bathroom with multiple cabins. According to latest cut offs if one is applying for PSG Tech if he/she belongs to General category then there cut offs are 75-80. And if one belongs to SC/ST/OBC and other backward classe their cut offs are 33,25,20 and 35 respectively.
And for Anna University the cut offs will be above 65%.
