TANCET cutoff 2021 is the minimum score needed to be selected for admission to one of the participating institutions in the exam. Varsity will reveal state government and private college TANCET cutoffs. For the open category, leading universities/colleges/institutes often require a cut-off score between 34 and 64. • BCM category : 290-300
• MBC category : 280 to 290 (Appx.)

Candidates seeking admission in the BE/ B.Tech., B.Arch course in Anna University should be intermediate graduates with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.  For admission to B.Tech/B.E the candidates need to qualify in Tamil entrance exam(TNEA). Admission to B.Arch. programmes are based on valid NATA entrance exam scores.

For MBA courses, candidates with a valid score in GATE are also eligible to apply. Such candidates are exempted from TANCET.
