Anna University has UGC approval and UGC has released guidelines that the exams can be conducted in online mode, offline mode or in Blended mode. The decision is left over to the colleges how they want to conduct the exams. Anna University has not yet declared how they will conduct the exams but yes if they want they can conduct the exams in Blended mode.
