This thing you should have checked earlier because now you cannot change the selected ID even in NEET UG correction window because ID option is not editable.
Now what you can do is apply for change of DoB in your Voter-ID card and get it changed as soon as possible, now if you will apply for change of details in Voter ID then you will receive an acknowledgment slip so until you gets your new Voter ID card with corrected DoB, you can use this acknowledgement slip as reference.
Also while document verification until you get your new Voter ID card, don't voter ID card as your Proof Of Identity, use any other ID proof.
However for now your application will not be impacted just because of this issue. So don't worry focus on your preparation.

You should upload OBC-NCL category certificate in NEET UG 2022 application form and that too should have been issued on or after January 1st, 2022 as per the latest guidelines of Government of India.
In case you fail to upload it (issued on or after January 1st, 2022) at the time of registration then the OBC candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate as per Appendix - XB in Information bulletin] to that effect.
