In order to secure admission in NIT through jeemain 2 exam for B.arch  course Candidate should have the marks percentile should be 85 to 95. Just students can secure at least 90 to 99 percentile marks in jeemains 2 for B arch he can get easily top NIT for B arch course.

For General Knowledge, Arihant publications is the best also, current affairs from study iq you tube channel, gives the best news, also referring Hindu news paper is enough. For, English subject, objective general English by Bakshi is best, and finally for quantitative aptitude, S. Chand book by R. S Aggarwal is the best.
