It seems you have missed out certain details. Please mention the name of the college you are enquiring about. You can apply for diploma course after your 10th standard, if the college offers that course. Since you haven't mentioned any college, I would suggest you to restructure your question mentioning the name of the college.
Yeah! You can take admission in MPlan or MTech Urban Planning if you have atleast 55% marks in your BTech and if you have a valid score of GATE with good ranks then you can definitely pursue your dream.

No, if you want to pursue Arhitecture then you don't have to appear for Paper 1 of JEE-Main 2021 instead you have to appear JEE-Main paper 2 because Paper 1 is only for admission to B.Tech/BE courses. Exam pattern for JEE-Main 2021 for Paper 2 is described below :-
Paper 2
> Total questions = 82 {out of which you have to attempt only 77 questions for 100 marks (20 questions from Mathematics section will be of MCQs and 5 questions will have answers to be filled as a numerical value out of 10)}.
> There will be no negative marking for numerical value answers.
> Second part will be for Aptitude section which will consists of 50 compulsory questions for 200 marks and in Part third there will be two questions for Drawing test comprises of 100 marks.
> So in total paper will be of 400 marks.

Some insights of JEE-Main 2021 :-
> To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria but yes if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should score a minimum aggregate of 75% in your class 12th if you belongs to General/Unreserved category and 65% if you belongs to any of the reserved category.
> Also from this year according to New Education Policy the JEE-Main examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and other regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Odia and Malayalam.

You can apply for post graduation in Event Management. The eligibility criteria for the same includes:
-Atleast 50-60% marks in graduate degree.
- Graduates from all fields can apply although those related to management fields are preferred.
-Admissions are carried out by either merit list or entrance tests like MAT, CAT, NMAT, and other related entrance tests.
-Mostly entrance examinations are not required but in case of MBA in event management it is necessary.
