All the colleges take admission on the basis of cutoff and this cutoff depends on various factors such as home state, category under which admission is desired an many more. It is not possible to get into Bachelor's in Architecture course anywhere in India without entrance examination. There are many entrance exams like NATA , JEE B. arch , many many renowned universities in India conducts its own entrance examination for taking admission into Architecture course. So, if you want to pursue architecture you need to sit for the exam and meet the required cutoff. Some private universities may permit via management seats but it would be very costly. So, to get good package and terms you need to do it from good universities or government colleges.

Sir JJ College of Architecture admissions are based on the valid score secured in NATA/ JEE Main and MAH-March-CET entrance exams for BArch and M Arch programmes respectively.

Qualifying Exam - NATA/JEE Main

Eligibility Criteria - Passed 12 ^th with a minimum of 50% with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as the main subjects

Step-by-step process for applying in BArch -

2. Register yourself as a new user with a valid email ID
3. Fill all the necessary details

According to previous year's cut offs you might have a chance to get into IIT Kharagpur or IIT Roorkee (Open Category).

If you are a general caste student then you might get admission in some of the really good colleges, provided you are under home quota. That means if you belong to the same state as the college. You can get admission in Maulana Azad Institute of Technology (Bhopal ), National Institute of Technology (Hamirpur), National Institute of Technology (Patna), National Institute of Technology (Raipur). Otherwise if you are SC/ST then your chances are even more. However, if you are not under home quota for these colleges you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP etc.

If you are an outside maharastra candidate who doesn't have any reservations then it would be highly difficult to get an admission. Based on your NATA score and 12th grade marks you do have a chance of admission but it's still quite slim so do consider other options.
