For getting admission in IITs through JOSAA Counselling, the candidate has to clear JEE Exam- Main and Advance both. If we talk about the architecture stream in IITs, then the candidate has to clear 3 exams for being eligible- JEE MAIN (B.ARCH), JEE- ADVANCED (General exam), and JEE ADVANCE (B.ARCH) exam or AAT exam.

The application form of KEAM B.Arch has been reopened from September 14 to 18. The form was initially released in from February 1. In order to apply for KEAM B.Arch 2020, candidates had to fill and submit the application form till February 29 (5:00 PM).
The dates for Publication of Rank Lists and centralised counselling dates are yet to be published.

With 155+ marks, one candidate can get a government college.
With score 130 - 155 , one candidate can get a good private college.
With 100 - 130, one candidate can get a medium private college.
So, you may get a good private college. You have chances to get a govt seat also.

You got 6499 rank in gat 2019 . You asked uf you may get a seat in gitam vizaq campus or not.
Now, look, gitam is a private university & so low scores are also granted. Scoring anywhere 70+ should be more than enough to get your desired seat in a particular campus. Scoring anywhere above 50 will be sufficient to get one an admission in branches other than CSE (to be safe I am saying 50). Well admissions here take place by the rank you get and the marks you score determine your rank. With your 6.5k rank you may get a b arch seat obviously. You may go for top branch cse also.
