Paramedical can be good career choice if you have immense interest in the medical field. You can enter the field of paramedical after you 12th or you may do a post graduation diploma for the same.
For pursuing a paramedical course after your 12th, you should have an aggregate marks of 50 percent or above in your 12th. Physics, Chemistry and Biology are the compulsory subjects for applying in the paramedical course. If you want to apply for a job in the paramedical post in the army then you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience along with a diploma in the general midwifery nursing.
You can also sit for a Indian Army BSc entrance exam (AFMC) for a paramedical course and then you can apply for a job with a experience.

Yes, only girls are eligible for Indian Army bsc nursing.

Eligibility criteria for Indian Army BSc nursing 2021 is given below :-
* educational qualification :- you must have passed 12th in the first attempt with physics, chemistry, biology, and english and must have got at least 50% in 12th board exam as a regular student. Class 12th appearing students are also provisionally eligible.
*your date of birth must be between 1st October , 1996, to 30th September , 2004 inclusive of both days as per your class 10th certificate to be eligible for Indian Army BSc nursing 2021
* You should be a female and unmarried. Also, divorcee, legally separated and widows are eligible.
* nationality :- you must be Indian citizen.
*phydical standard :- you will be checked for the physical fitness as per standards set by commission in the Armed Forces, and for the same you will have to go through X-ray exam of chest and USG of abdomen & pelvis .
- ) height :- you should have height of at least 152 cm while for Gorkhas and those belonging to North Eastern region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon needs a height of at least 148 cm.

Yes, you can join army after 12th through NDA entrance exam.
This is because,
there is no stream barrier to be eligible for army so even if your 12 commerce you are eligible for it but yes as a commerce student you are not eligible for navy and Airforce as for that it is mandatory to have studied physics and maths in 12th

Different states have their different reservation categories. AFMC Pune has reserved seats for Child of Army Person (CAP) . And preference is given to them in the interview round.

If you want to join army, then you need to study at AFMC (Armed Forces Medical College) which is situated in Pune. Before AFMC used to conduct entrance examination by itself but now the admission is done partially on the basis of NEET score.
The eligibility criteria for the course:
1. He/she must be a Citizen of India. 2. He/she must be unmarried throughout the course. 3. He/she should be medically fit according to the criteria issued by the Ministry of Defence. 4. He/she should have completed 17 years of age but should not be more than 22 years of age (24 years if you're doing a BSc degree and are in final year/have passed). 5. Achievement of at least 60% in PCB and 50% individually in each subject along with English. Also, he/she should have passed all the subjects in their first attempt. Passing in Mathematics in 10th standard is also required.
The admission process is of 3 steps. First you have to apply as per your NEET score. If you get selected then you will be required to sit for a CBT examination in which you would be asked question from English, Logical reasoning and you have to answer 40 question in 30 minutes. The marks in NEET and the online examination will be added and divided by 4 in order to get a marks in 200. Based on that you will be called for an Interview which will comprise of 50 marks. If you qualify interview then you have to study the course in AFMC and after that only you can be an Army doctor.
The seats at AFMC are very less (105 seats for Male candidates and 25 for Female candidates).

I am providing you cut off marks/ranks for last year i.e neet2020 for admission in ARMY COLLEGE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE,NEW DELHI.
so last year cut off for all india quota students who belong to army background was AIR19980 marks around 600.
Delhi sc category - 505 marks
Delhi st category - 440 marks
Outside Delhi st category -509 marks.
So if you belong to general category and your father is from army background. So you must score more than 600+ marks to get admission in this college. You can download this cut off from ipu website it was available on that.
