As per your percentile as well as previous years' cutoff trends, you have a good chance to get a seat in both CSE and ECE at IIIT, Guwahati as well as you may get chance to get admission in ECE at IIIT Delhi - Indraprastha . Assam CEE is majorly for BTech admission but there is no clue that Assam CEE is for the admission of pharmacy course in the various D.Pharm colleges of Assam.
This exam conducted every year and it is for admission to engineering colleges of Assam. It is a kind of multiple choice question exam. If you score well in this exam then you will be further called for the couseling process.
If we talk about the eligibility of for Assam D.Pharm admission then I am listing some below.
The candidate must have passed 10+2 with Chemistry, Physics and Biology/ Mathematics as compulsory subjects and he/she must have atleast 50% aggregate percentage in 12th.
The minimum of the candidate should be 17 years.

Candidates who have passed in Physics, Chemistry, or Maths with any grace marks in any of the subjects mentioned are not eligible to apply for Assam CEE even if you have an average score of more than 40% that is required for you to apply for the exam.

Yes, Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC) board certificate is valid in India as well as abroad. It is valid for government jobs as well. An Educational certificate from this board is same as other recognized boards (ICSE, CBSE, WBBSE etc).
For getting a government job aspirants must pass their 10th examination from a recognized board. Minimum age for applying is 18 years and the upper age limit is 30 years, for some specific positions the upper age limit is 32 years. For SC/ST candidates the upper age limit 35 years.
Minimum 50% marks is needed in 10th examination for qualifying for the jobs. Aspirants can also complete their higher studies and then apply for jobs to get a better position and pay in government sectors.
