See the marks and corresponding percentile which you have mentioned is not matching because on 128 marks out of 300 marks in JEE-Main 2021 it is not possible to have such low percentile, this can only be possible in the case if the paper for that shift is very easy or more than very easy which was not really for February session. So you might have calculated wrong marks using the answer key or there is some error in your result so I would recommend you to reach out to NTA, inform them about your issue because if the situation that you have mentioned is true then on 128 marks a General girl can get seat in good colleges like IIITs.

See if you are unable to produce OBC-NCL certificate then you will be considered under General category so you should go with general category.

You have to give your roll number of class 12th in JEE-Main application form and if there is Roll mentioned on your marksheet of class 12th but also you have mentioned that it is same for all students so it won't work and then you have enter the same number on the place of Roll No. in JEE-Main 2021 application form which is written against 'Number' section in your marksheet. Also note that for February attempt Applications have been closed on January 23rd 2021 and now before March attempt applications will again be resumed so then you can fill your application form for JEE-Main 2021 You can apply for JEE-Main from the official portal of JEE-Main which is given below :-
A candidate will also have option to apply for one Session or more than one Session ( March /April /May 2021) together and pay exam fee accordingly. In other words, if a candidate wishes to apply only for one Session, he / she has to pay Examination Fee only for that Session during the current application period and will have opportunity to apply again for the April / May Sessions.

Some insights of JEE-Main 2021 :-
> To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria and also if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should pass in your class 12th. Because as per the latest announcement made by our Hon'ble Education minister Mr.Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank, the 75% criteria has been removed for upcoming year 2021-22.
> Also from this year according to New Education Policy the JEE-Main examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and other regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Odia and Malayalam.
> In JEE-Main 2021 there will be total 90 question out of which you have to attempt only 75 (25 from each section) and there will be two sections for each subject, Section-A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)(20 compulsory questions) and Section-B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value (10 numerical based questions out of which only 5 are compulsory to be attempted).
> In Section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be no negative marking for Section B.
> All question will be of 4 marks and in MCQs there will be negative marking of (-1) on incorrect attempt.
