Colleges that you can try are:
1. Gauhati medical college (cut off score 390)
2. Assam medical college (cut off score 366)
3. Silchar medical college (cut off score 344)
4. Jorhat medical college (cut off score 342)
5. Tezpur medical college (cut off score (325)

Dear aspirant, in order to apply through state quota there are 3 major requirements
1- Either your 11th/12th should be from the same state.
2- Your should possess a state domicile which you do not have currently.
3- You should have a valid address proof of the same state.
If any of the above mentioned criteria is fulfilled you can go ahead for the state quota otherwise not.

Last allocated college in Assam was Tezpur medical college, Tezpur in NEET 2020. Cut off ranks for this college in First round of all india quota counseling FOR GEN- AIR12239. For SC-AIR 69048. And for ST -AIR 91710. For OBC- AIR 12177. FOR EWS- AIR 12183.
All above cut off ranks are of all india quota in First round counseling. There will be different cut off for state quota counselling.
